Portal speak is an amalgam of all languages and forms of communication. The lexicon changes rapidly and is not constrained to speaking. Portal speak includes symbols and motions. The most effective way of learning Portal speak is to immerse yourself in a community of Beings. There are Beings who believe that you are truly fluent in Portal speak when you can hold a conversation and can add the lexicon in your community.
